  • Bar Styling (Optional): Want to elevate the look of your bar? Choose from a range of styling options to match your theme.

  • Bluetooth Speaker & Playlist: Set the mood with a Bluetooth speaker and a curated bar playlist for the perfect background ambiance.

  • Personalized Bar Menu: We’ll create a customised menu for your event, showcasing the drinks you’re serving.


The Mix & Mingle Package

$2000 based on 80 guests

Make your next event unforgettable with Lunar at the heart of your celebration. Our Mix & Mingle package is based on 80 guests and includes everything you need for a seamless experience. If your event is smaller or larger, don’t worry — we’re happy to work with you to create a customized quote that suits your needs.

Included in the Package;

  • Set-up & Pack-down: We take care of setting up and packing down the caravan so you can focus on your event.

  • Caravan Bar Hire & Service: Full bar service for up to 5 hours (additional hours can be added).

  • Experienced RSA Staff: 2 qualified bar staff for smooth service (additional staff may be required for larger events).

  • Glassware & Ice: All the essentials to serve your drinks with style.

  • Beer Taps: Fresh, cold beer on tap for your guests to enjoy.

  • Waste Management: Keeping your event clean and tidy.

  • Barware Consumables: Includes straws, napkins, and other essentials.

  • Water Station: Hydrate your guests with a water station (fruit-infused water available as an optional upgrade).
